Cancellation of a Transaction by the Customer
The customer may cancel a transaction and receive a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations (hereinafter: "the law"), by providing a written notice of cancellation using any of the contact methods listed in Section 7 of these terms.
The customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days of registration or completing the transaction, and in the case of service provision, up to 14 days (not including weekends or holidays) before the service's scheduled start date.
A refund due to cancellation will be made according to the law and the payment method used, and in accordance with the timelines set by the credit card company. For the avoidance of doubt, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
No financial credit will be given for products/services that were not paid for, such as gifts, benefits, etc.
Exchanges for other products and/or credit will be carried out by "Elrad Agriculture Ltd." subject to presenting the invoice for the transaction and in accordance with the timelines mentioned above.
Cancellation of a Transaction by "Elrad Agriculture Ltd."
"Elrad Agriculture Ltd." reserves the right to cancel a transaction or sale, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
- If there is an error in presenting the item on the site and/or shipping the product to the customer, whether in the product/service price or in its description and specifications.
- If a communication issue and/or any other technical problem is discovered that interfered with the product/service price and/or its description.
- In case of an impediment and/or delay due to force majeure, such as, but not limited to: acts of war, hostility, terrorism, cyber sabotage, intentional or unintentional site issues, strikes, natural events, credit card processing issues, or any other reason not resulting from the actions or negligence of "Elrad Agriculture Ltd."
- If it is suspected that the purchase is made as part of a wholesale purchase and/or that the products are being purchased for resale by the buyer or someone on their behalf.
- If the service is finished and/or no space is available for a particular registration.
- If it is suspected, at the discretion of "Elrad Agriculture Ltd.," that payment for the purchase will not be received.
